Charlie has helped us in a pinch twice now when we needed a quick fix on a roof leak. The first was after a very large rain storm and we had a lot of water leaking into our house and needed urgent repairs, and the second one was when we were under contract on our house and needed to fix a problem quickly for the buyer during due diligence. Charlie was able to quickly get to us and help us out. Excellent service, friendly, and professional.

Rosie's Roofing are old school professionals! They were responsive, took time to listen to us about our ongoing leak issues, and spent quite a bit of time inspecting the problem. They wanted to be sure the leak got fixed and so far so good after a few storms. We have a flat roof modern with a rooftop deck. Others either tried to do a quick patch-work job or turned us away because the style of roof is too challenging to work with. Charlie was easy to talk to, talked us through the various options, and maintained great communication with us - even checking on us a few times after to be sure we were happy.
